1. Take 3-4 pictures of the damage (more for extremely significant damage) using a 4.0 megapixel or better digital camera with the smallest picture size setting (approx. 400 x 600). Always take pictures in good light and from many different angles of the damage.

This form is designed for your convenience in obtaining an estimate for damage to your vehicle. It does not supercede an in-house estimate which is necessary to determine total damage. Final repair costs will be determined after the vehicle has been repaired.
